The villa is just 2km from Noto, a small baroque jewel, perched on a highland; at sunset, the light changes the colour of the majestic buildings into gold. Noto has been declared UNESCO Heritage Site, and is known as the world capital of "Sicilian Baroque". Siracusa is half an hour's drive away by car, with an important historic-artistic richness of Greek domination (The Greek Theatre) and the beautiful island of Ortigia, rich in artisan shops and bars, delightful to experience by day and also by night. The charming city of Modica,perched on a valley, the old city of Ragusa Ibla, and the stunning village of Scicli, rich in art and cultural events, are easy to reach travelling in the direction of Ragusa. The beautiful long beaches of golden sand of the coastline south of Noto, in the direction of Pachino, can be reached in a very short time from the villa. San Lorenzo, The nature reserve of Vendicari, the beach of Calamosche, the uncontaminated beaches of Eloro, rich in white lilies and wild irises, which grow along the sandy trails. From the villa, the view of the Ionian Sea extends to the striking location of Isola delle Correnti, the extreme Southern tip of Sicily, a meeting point of two seas, the Ionian and the Mediterranean Sea.
