Authentic timeless Baglio with charming Sicilian atmosphere. Surrounded by Trapani's vineyards, delightful gardens and a chapel. A large water tank converted into a swimming pool. Sea views. A rare find!

This traditional farmhouse or 'baglio' has belonged to the same family for seven generations and has recently been listed as an historical farmhouse in the wine-producing region of Trapani. The farmhouse is ideally located near Alcamo and is immersed in ancient woodland and surrounded by vineyards that grow the grapes (primarily Cataratto and Insolia) that are used to create some of Sicily’s finest white wines. The desirable "baglio" with its lofty stone walls consists of an enchanting central courtyard, the main building and two wings containing storehouses, the stables and a chapel. In the extensive grounds and gardens that surround the property there's an antique water tank that has been converted into a spectacular 7.5 x 4.5 metre swimming pool.
