Wunderschönes Haus, sehr groß und alles super neu und modern. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet und es gibt draußen eine Outdoor Küche und einen großen Sitzbereich. Alles sehr liebevoll angelegt.

Die Inhaber waren soooo unfassbar nett - sie haben immer bei allem geholfen und immer mit google translate versucht uns alles mitzuteilen. Das war wirklich eine riesen Hilfe!

Der Pool und die Außenanlage sind einfach wahnsinnig toll! Es ist weitläufig, und mit viel Liebe angelegt. Der Eigentümer kommt alle 2 Tage und schaut nach dem Rechten. Wir fühlten uns hier sehr wohl und würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen!

In der näheren Umgebung gibt es gar keine Restaurants, man muss immer mit dem Auto fahren. Grundsätzlich sind die Ausflugsziele in der Ecke sehr wenige, man muss mind. 30 Minuten fahren. Aber für einen Strandurlaub perfekt!

Die Badezimmer haben alle nur eine Dusche - aber das sind nur Kleinigkeiten

Un soggiorno perfetto in questa magnifica villa moderna, molto ben tenuta e ben posizionata per scoprire questa parte della splendida Sicilia. Corrado, il proprietario, dimostra grande disponibilità e ospitalità. Da consigliare senza restrizioni !

Villa vicino a pochi minuti dal mare meraviglioso di San Lorenzo, con lidi attrezzati!
Villa molto bella con piscina adatta anche ai bambini. Camere e bagni spaziosi e puliti!

Overview

Villa Nica is a modern villa with private pool situated a few steps from the beach of San Lorenzo, one of the most beautiful beaches in southeast Sicily, halfway between the Vendicari nature reserve and the tourist-seaside village of Marzamemi. Surrounded by a well-kept garden with English lawn, this comfortable home avails of a delightful pool, a patio equipped with relaxation area, outdoor kitchen and lunch table, ideal for spending a good part of the day outdoors. In the evening, tastefully lit, the villa gives the best of itself. Of recent construction, Villa Nica offers bright and cosy interiors, distributed on a single floor, which look outwards. The residence is just a short distance on foot from the magnificent beach of San Lorenzo and strategically positioned to visit southeast Sicily, from Noto to Siracusa and all the other wonders of this corner of Sicily

Property details

The house is surrounded by a lovely 2000m² garden with ornamental and Mediterranean plants with an area dedicated to the solarium and to the salt-purified pool. In front of the main entrance, there is a patio furnished with sofas, armchairs and lunch table that seats eight people. Next to the patio, there is a zone with a comfortable outdoor kitchen, washbasin and barbecue. The interior develops on a single level, making it suitable for people with disabilities. At the entrance, there is a lounge, which looks onto the garden, a TV and lunch corner, a modern fully equipped and functional kitchen. The sleeping area is composed of three double rooms with en-suite bathroom, in one of these rooms there is a single bed. All the bathrooms have a shower. Inside the garden, there is parking for two cars.

Additional information

The municipality may require the payment of the daily tourist tax for all guests aged 12 and over. The amount, which may vary according to the season and the location, must be paid in cash to the reception manager upon arrival.

The swimming pool is in operation from 1 March to 30 November.

The house is located close to the beautiful beach of San Lorenzo that laps the southern area of the Vendicari Nature Reserve. We are in the extreme southern edge of the island, in one of the wildest and historically rich areas of Sicily. The famous fishing village of Marzamemi, now a tourist destination, is just 4 km from the house. The villa is ideally located to visit all the natural and artistic beauties of the area, starting with the baroque towns of Noto, Modica, Ispica and Ragusa Ibla, the Vendicari Nature Reserve and Pantalica, the villages of Marzamemi, Sampieri and Punta secca, the village which is home to Inspector Montalbano's home. With comfortable day trips, it is possible to reach Syracuse, Catania and the area of the Etna Vulcano. The zone is also full of magnificent beaches and idyllic glimpses of the authentic Sicilian countryside. The traditional cuisine of the area is well-known and there are many local characteristic trattorias and starred restaurants. There are also numerous Wineries in the area, we recommend Cantina di Planeta in Noto.
