Property details

The villa is set in extensive grounds, planted with citrus and olive trees. It is the ideal place to relax in silence surrounded by greenery and enjoy the magnificent beaches nearby. From the private car park, which can comfortably accommodate 3 cars, a few steps flanked by lush tufts of papyrus lead to the elegant facade. The villa is spacious, with a surface that extends over a single floor for 200 m2. Beyond the entrance, guests are welcomed by a living room with fireplace, furnished with comfortable ethnic-style sofas and, from which, the delightful flowered garden can be admired through the large windows. The four bedrooms, each with its own comfortable en-suite bathroom, are located on the ground floor, like the living room. Two large covered porticos are both furnished and fitted out as a dining area: one with barbeque and marble table to comfortably accommodate 8/10 people and the other directly connected to the living room with table to fit 8 and comfortable built-in sofas covered by high mattresses, very comfortable also in the off-seasons because well-sheltered. The two porticos face onto the garden, interrupted only by the sky-blue of the Infinity pool and surrounded by characteristic dry walls. From the garden the view rambles over the valley below as far as the sea. The garden is also equipped with eye-catching gazebo with large comfortable mattress and shaded by white curtains.
