Una vista mozzafiato dal balcone, di non parlare del mare stupendo e la spiaggia privata. Privacy totale. La casa pulita, arredata pragmaticamente. Il responsabile ci ha accolti molto cordialmente ed e rimasto a disposizione. subito sostituito la macchina da cafe guasta. Raccolta rifiuti regolare. Mi dispiace scrivere tutto questo perche la casa la vorrei solo io :-)

The villa is perfect and has a wonderful, incredible position, with stairs bringing to a practically private Beach, with another one, again "private", 50 meters far . The host has been really kind and the person handling the hospitality has been perfect, from the much appreciated fruit "royal" dish at our arrival, to the careful attentions during our stay. The location was very quiet but with Cefalù just 10 minutes by car and we could enjoy it at ease and when we liked. The private beaches were really perfect, beautiful sea and just us and few others on the 50 meters away beach. While the beaches in Cefalù were incredibly overcrowded. The villa was great, with a nice garden and an external shower with hot and cold water and a BBQ that we used a lot. A wonderful and wide terrace on the sea, as if you were on the bridge of a boat, ideal for cosy dinners, and a patio towards the garden, for the lunches. Air conditioning in bedrooms have been essential in this hottest summer. I could not imagine a better place to stay, if you love sea and want to enjoy it at its best.

Ottima accoglienza. Il sig Gianfranco è stato cortese e sollecito nel rispondere alle nostre necessità. Casa pulita e spaziosa con tutto il necessario e anche oltre. L’unica pecca, ma solo volendo essere puntigliosi, è che entrambi i tavoli esterni sono al sole durante tutto il giorno e quindi durante i mesi estivi (molto caldi) non utilizzabili a colazione e pranzo. Posizione meravigliosa. Mare bellissimo praticamente privato solo scendendo una scaletta. Consigliatissimo

La villa è in ordine e rispondente alle attese ed alle indicazioni poste nel sito. L'accesso nel mare sottostante consente agli ospiti una vacanza di relax e in piena riservatezza essendo di fatto la spiaggia riservata ai soli utenti delle due ville Coda di Volpe e Punta a Mare . Bellissima vacanza da ripetere.

Code di Volpe is a really quiet place. At no point in time we heard any traffic noise. The house it situated at the end of a private road. There are not many people around this area. In April we were the only ones at the beach that is nice, long and relatively clean. Sure one or the other storm is bringing in plastic rubbish. The beach 1-2 km long it reserved for the houses that are located there. The house itself we found clean and in good condition. The people for hit Sicili are very friendly and supportive in any direction. Thank you for all the special COVID traveling Supports like where to test etc. Cefalu is a nice town with excellent food stores (fish, cheese from the mountains etc.). Restaurants where closed due to COVID but we saw a lot of fish restaurants. One our drive takes you to 2000 meter sea level. There is also a ski lift and still snow in April around Monti carbonara. Truly stunning location and beautiful villa. Coda di Volpe is an exceptional property, well equipped, clean and comfortable. We found it very hard to leave the terrace overlooking the beach and spent many happy hours enjoying the view and the sunshine. The sandy beach is minutes away and was very quiet too. We made frequent use of the barbecue and found the kitchen well equipped with everything we needed. Gianfranco met us with a warm welcome, wine and pizza which got our holiday off to a very good start! The HitSicily staff were extremely helpful and responded very quickly to all enquires. I would recommend you, Coda Di Volpe and Sicily itself to our friends.

La maison était incroyable : nous ne nous sommes pas lassés de cette vue à couper le souffle et de sa plage privative. Les 2 semaines sont passée beaucoup trop vite. La maison était très adaptée à nos 2 jeunes enfants. Maison très confortable et adaptée à des vacances en familles ou entre amis. La plage de sable est seulement à quelques mètres et est magnifique et très peu fréquentée ! Gianfranco était parfait et a fait en sorte que tout soit prêt pour notre arrivée. Un grand merci à Rita de nous avoir trouvé cette charmante maison !

A holiday focused on sea and total relaxation! An exclusive and isolated villa resting on a cliff facing a large fine sandy beach and the turquoise sea of this corner of Sicily. An almost private beach (reserved only to you and to the owners of another villa) and accessible from the house by a small short path, a corner of paradise even in the height of summer. A unique place with a large panoramic terrace to admire the romantic sunrises, the red sunsets on the sea and the starry skies. Outside, the house is surrounded by a garden with Mediterranean plants, the interior of this modern, fresh, sober and elegant home is furnished with every comfort. The surprises of this place don't end here...
Property details
Outside, by climbing 5 steps you access the red terracotta terrace that overlooks the sea, furnished with 4 benches made of stone and Sicilian majolica, an olive tree surrounded by a circular bench, a large area with deck-chair and sun-beds, a sofa and a dining table to fit 8 under the canopy. From the terrace in the evening it is possible to light up the beach and sea below. The house has five rooms as well as the kitchen and two bathrooms, and is very bright: 18 openings onto the outside, six are doors and French doors.
The main entrance is a room with sea view from which, through a first door, you enter a utility room with three doors to allow access to a bathroom, with tub and shower, and to two twin bedrooms, with independent air-conditioning, one with sea view. The second door of the entrance room leads to the comfortable and well-equipped kitchen, equipped with air-conditioning, with French door to the BBQ area with sink. Always from the kitchen, you access the living room with sofa, TV, wood-burning fireplace, which has three French doors, two sea side on the terrace and one mountain side on the covered patio. The patio is located at the rear of the house and is surrounded by a large garden of citrus trees and olive trees, making it the ideal place for dining and relaxing in the hottest hours of the day. From the living room, you access a utility room from which it is possible to enter a second bathroom with shower and in the third double bedroom equipped with independent air-conditioning with French door onto the garden. In the house there is a sofa bed for two and a pouf which can be turned into a single bed for any guests.

From the house there is direct and private access to the small beach below of "Coda di Volpe": 15 steps, a very short path, not more than 20 m, and then the fine sandy beach. Along the path to the sea there is a small wooden hut with beach equipment for the guests, and next to the beach a fresh water shower. The shoreline in front of the house is made of small pebbles and there are flat cliffs in the sea. On the right, a few metres away, there is a sand corridor which makes for an easy entrance into the water.
For those who want an even easier access to the sea on sand alone, there is the large fine sandy beach of "Settefrati" just 50 m from the house. It is accessible from a private gate, next to the private car park of the house, reserved to the other few villas of the zones. Guests are given a key to the gate from where a short and easy path leads to the quieter area of the deep and long fine sandy beach of Settefrati. This beach can be reached by descending from the access to the sea below the terrace of the house, after having travelled no more than 100 m along the shoreline or on the sand.
Also next to Coda di Volpe (sharing the same main gate), there is Punta a Mare: another delightful rental residence from the same owner.
The municipality may require the payment of the daily tourist tax for all guests aged 12 and over. The amount, which may vary according to the season and the location, must be paid in cash to the reception manager upon arrival.
