Temporary Resident tax
The resident tax that is required by the Ragusa Council is not included in the rental price. All guests over 14yrs of age are required to pay 75 cents/day for up to 15 days.

Airport shuttle service; on site chef; baby-sitting; masseur, beautician and hairdresser for treatments at the house; yoga instructor at the house; wellbeing centre; grocery shopping; cooking lessons; laundry; mid-week cleaning; trekking guide; gym; electric bikes; car hire with or without driver; golf lessons; plane and helicoptor tours; parachuting; horseriding; rental of beach equipment.
