Overview

Our priority has always been to look for enchanting and unique places in Sicily where our guests can enjoy a well-deserved relaxation during their holidays. There have been many interesting places on which our gaze has rested, each of them with its own peculiar characteristics that make it unique and unrepeatable, but few have been those that have touched the soul and inspired strong emotions: Villa Magliolo is one of those rare Mediterranean gems. Located a few kilometres from the charming tourist-seaside village of Cefalù, the property gives that decisive sensation of having arrived in a place where nature is in harmony with man. A place to rest the body and regenerate the spirit: here the hand of man has created a unique and fascinating environment in symbiosis with nature, a fusion that has given life to a magical place, where the spectacular Madonie mountains meet with the blue of the Mediterranean sea.

The property has a comfortable relaxation area with umbrellas and a table for 4 people with a wonderful view of the valley and the greenery of the Madonie Park. Next to it, a well-equipped solarium with deck chairs and umbrellas, an outdoor shower and a fresh, salt-purified infinity pool that will give you an unprecedented panorama of the sea.
Inside, the house is divided over two floors. On the ground floor, there is the living room with a dining table for 4 people, a sofa bed with a TV corner, a wood-burning fireplace and an equipped kitchen. On the same floor there is a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. On the first floor is the second double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom with shower. Surrounding Area

Cefalù is a typical charming Sicilian fishing village which over time has transformed into a charming tourist town with small and elegant shops, bars, pubs and of course excellent fish restaurants. In summer it is crowded and teeming with people who have come here from all over the world to enjoy its splendid sea and its many attractions. Cefalù is also the ideal starting point for visiting the western part of Sicily: Palermo is just a 40-minute drive to the west and it has one of the most beautiful historical centres of Italy. The Cathderal of Monreale is also worth visiting. To the east, in the direction of Messina, there are many beautiful beaches to visit. The village of Sant'Ambrogio and Pollina nearby are stunning. Heading towards Messina there is the pottery town of Santo Stefano di Camastra and Capo d'Orlando.
Heading inland there is the Madonie Natural Park, in a few minutes you can reach its green mountains and visit its medieval towns, including Collesano, Castelbuono, Gratteri, Polizzi Generosa, Petralia Soprana e Sottana and Gangi.
