The house is surrounded by greenery and avails of three terraces with 180° sea view, conveniently connected to each other and to the villa, for a total extension of at least 300 m2 and a sea front of about 60 metres.

The first terrace, on the level of the main body of the villa, is furnished with a dining table for 6 people, shade sails, sun loungers, armchairs and walls that also serve as seating. The second terrace is at a lower level in front of the guesthouse, where you can enjoy the view as you relax in the shade of a pine tree or an old olive tree. The last terrace is located just before one of the convenient access points to the sea for guests, and can serve as a solarium or simply as a passage to the beach.

The main body of the house avails of a spacious living room, with TV, small double sofa bed, table, chairs and armchairs. This living room has three openings on one of the terraces, in addition to the front door. The living room leads to a hallway and from there to a twin room which, when required, can become a quadruple room (each single bed can be turned into a double bed), a bathroom with shower and a kitchen. Always from the hallway, you access another double bedroom, with adjoining bathroom: in both these rooms, the windows have a sea view. The main body is very bright: 12 openings to the outside, five of which are doors and French windows. From the sitting room, you also access the kitchen where there is a wooden stairs that leads to the floor below where there is another complete kitchen, a twin room which can be rented free of charge on request for service personnel and a toilet with shower, as well as the laundry room.

With access from the outside, there is another living unit, also with plenty of light. It avails of one sea view room with small double sofa bed and various accessories, a double bedroom also with sea view, as well as a bathroom with shower, accessible also from the outside for best guest comfort. This living unit has 5 openings to the outside.
The villa has two exclusive, convenient access points to the sea next to the terraces to reach the beaches below: in one of these, there is a shower right next to the beach. A small terrace has been created on the beach, for best guest comfort. For those who want a sand-only entrance to the sea, 50 metres from the villa there is the large fine sandy beach of Settefrati, accessible through a private gate, next to the private car park of the house, reserved for no more than five villas of the area.
This villa can be rented together with the “Coda di Volpe” villa, always managed by Hitsicily, located next to “Punta a mare”, for a total of 19 people, making it ideal for large groups or extended families

From the house there are two exclusive private access points to the small beach of “Coda di Volpe” below: a few steps, a short trail of no more than 20 metres, and then on one side there is the fine sandy beach and on the other flat rocks with easy access to the sea. Along one of the two paths that lead to the sea there is a wooden house with beach equipment available to the guests and, right next to the beach, there is a fresh water shower. Walking easily along the coast, you reach the long, deep free beach of fine sand of “Settefrati”. This beach can also be reached along a small lane 50 m from the villa, next to the private car park of the house, reserved for a few villas of the area. The guests are equipped with the keys of the gate from which an easy and short path takes to the less busy area of this beach.

The municipality may require the payment of the daily tourist tax for all guests aged 12 and over. The amount, which may vary according to the season and the location, must be paid in cash to the reception manager upon arrival.
