Villa Ammos is a very modern property on the renowned Arenella beach in Syracuse. The villa is spread over 2 floors: bright, comfortable architecture, complete with elegant and functional elements, this residence has all the characteristics to offer exclusive holidays. A spectacular heated Infinity pool encloses the exterior of the lounge which also overlooks the enchanting bay. Access to the sea is direct, via a private walkway.
The house satisfies the most stringent regulations on energy efficiency with renewable energies deriving from solar thermal, photovoltaic system, from the use of materials and systems to contain energy dispersion on the external plasters with the application of double glazed windows and, if necessary, has a backup system through a group of lithium batteries that cover the energy needs in the event of a power outage from the network.

Entrance, living area and kitchen unfold in a single modern room of about 120 sqm; an efficient and spectacular fireplace has been designed to warm up winter days facing the sea as well as a modern and silent air conditioning system of the latest generation. 55” satellite TV. A guest bathroom has been created in the living area. The kitchen is equipped with the latest appliances such as: double door fridge - electric oven - induction hob - dishwasher - washing machine - microwave oven - coffee machine - ice machine - kettle and small kitchen appliances. Modern furnishings with sofas and seats have been designed for 12 people, indoor and outdoor dining tables for 12 people, kitchen counter with snack point. In addition to the living area, a wonderful veranda has been created equipped with a table, chairs and a barbecue as well as various seats for relaxing in front of the panorama and the beautiful beaches of the Arenella seaside area. The sleeping area includes 4 suites (two of 45 m2 and two of 40 m2) with breathtaking sea view or overlooking the garden and the wonderful infinity pool, all with ensuite bathroom with shower, king size bed, air conditioning and satellite TV . In three of the bedrooms there is the possibility of an extra bed.

The villa is connected to the municipal aqueduct as well as being equipped with sufficient water tanks in the event of a water mains failure capable of giving autonomy to all guests.
The pool is equipped with high efficiency heat pumps that use renewable energy to heat the water. The performance of this type of system is calibrated to allow for a pleasant bathing experience but they are not to be considered like thermal pools. When fully operational, the water temperature will reach a figure of 8-10 degrees higher than the average daily external temperature.
