Villa Luce is a modern villa with pool located on the hills that rise above the town of Letojanni, a seaside resort just a few kilometres from Taormina. Surrounded by a beautiful Mediterranean garden, this exclusive residence enjoys a scenic panoramic position with spectacular view of the sea and the bay of Taormina, to admire in total relaxation from the pool and from its large terraces. The villa is on two floors and avails of bright interiors designed and planned to make your stay comfortable and pleasant. Two large terraces, one with pool, face onto the Mediterranean Sea offering a magnificent and relaxing view that becomes idyllic at sunset.

Outside, the two large terraces with sea view are furnished with a dining table for 8 people, comfortable sofas and armchairs, the pool area and sun deck with sun loungers. Inside the villa, on the ground floor is an open space with relaxation area furnished with sofas and TV and a kitchen area. On the same floor is the sleeping area, comprising three bedrooms: one double, one with French bed, one with single bed and a bathroom with shower. On the upper floor, reachable by a modern and comfortable spiral staircase or by the outer staircase, is the master bedroom with sea view, accompanied by a panoramic terrace and a large bathroom with bathtub and shower.
