The Villa is located 200 metres from the fine sandy beach of Cornino which can be easily reached on foot while, crossing the small road in front of the villa, just 50 metres away there is a delightful bathing area mainly made up of rocks. The over 500m² garden is home to a comfortable 5x12 m swimming pool, solarium and a spacious covered veranda furnished with dining table and sofas. The house is on one level and comprises the living room with sofas, armchairs, TV, wood-burning fireplace, a fully-equipped and comfortable kitchen, 2 bright double bedrooms, 1 twin room, 2 bathrooms with shower. The municipality may require the payment of the daily tourist tax for all guests aged 12 and over. The amount, which may vary according to the season and the location, must be paid in cash to the reception manager upon arrival.
