We are in the area of Trapani, in the most western part of the island. In an excellent seafront location, the villa avails of spacious and well-equipped outdoor areas and an exclusive private swimming pool with solarium.

The Villa is located just a few meters from the beach, and reached by crossing the small road directly in front of the villa. The over 500m² garden is home to a comfortable 5x12 m swimming pool, solarium and a spacious covered veranda furnished with dining table and sofas. The house is on one level and comprises the living room with sofas, armchairs, TV, wood-burning fireplace, a fully-equipped and comfortable kitchen, 2 bright double bedrooms, 1 twin room, 2 bathrooms with shower. Furnished with attention to detail, the villa is equipped with many comforts, such as air conditioning, WI-FI, Satellite-TV, washing machine and BBQ.

The house is perfect for spending delightful and relaxing holidays by the sea, but Profumo di Mare is also an excellent starting point for discovering the enchanting scenery of western Sicily: from the nearby Monte Cofano nature reserve to that of Zingaro, from the medieval village of Erice to the historical centres of Trapani and Marsala, with their traditional wineries and ancient saltpans with the windmills, from the archaeological sites of Segesta, Mothia and Selinunte to the Aegadian Islands.
