Outside the villa has a wonderful heated infinity pool with a comfortable solarium with sun loungers. Behind the solarium there is a large and covered patio with a dining table for 10 people, barbecue and outdoor kitchen. Another relaxation area with sofas and armchairs is located externally in front of the living room. Upon entering, the house is spread over 2 floors. On the ground floor there is the living room consisting of a large living room with sofas and fireplace overlooking the sea, a corner with a dining table for 8 people and a well-equipped open space kitchen. The efficient and spectacular fireplace was designed to heat the winter days in front of the sea together with a modern and silent air conditioning system of the latest generation. On this floor there is a guest toilet.

On the ground floor there is 1 Suite of 40sqm overlooking the garden and the infinity pool with a private bathroom with shower. In the room there are two sommiers that can be separated if necessary or managed as a single King size bed. This room has also been designed to accommodate people with reduced mobility. On the first floor there are the other three suites. The first suite is 39 square metres. with sea view, bathroom with shower in the room and equipped terrace. King size bed. All suites are equipped with built-in wardrobes, 42 “satellite TV, latest generation independent air conditioning system, hot and cold, wifi, safe.

The boundless life dwellings take care of the environment and energy is optimised with production through solar panels and hybrid inverters. Even the swimming pools work by consuming almost exclusively energy from renewable sources. For this reason, each pool is equipped with high-efficiency heat pumps that use renewable energy to heat the water. The performance of this type of system is calibrated to allow for pleasant bathing but they are not to be considered like thermal pools. The water temperature will reach a figure of 8-10 degrees higher than the average daily external temperature. The water heating will be operational from mid-October to mid-May. It is natural to expect a water temperature of around 23-24 degrees during the coldest days and 26-27 degrees during the mildest ones.
