We had a lovely week in the villa. What a marvellous introduction to Sicily in a beautiful home with stunning pool and gardens - in a quiet and less touristy spot. We recommend exploring locally as well as the tourist spots. Tinchitè in Valderice is a great restaurant find. Best "sweet treat" was definitely mama's homemade applecake.

What an amazing villa and pool, pure luxury! We had two weeks of amazing weather, beautiful food and great Sicilian wine. Within walking distance tribe, arte pizza and stabilimento balneare Lido Baia Cornino, were all great restaurants. The kids loved the gelateria. We visited Erice, San Vito lo Capo, Trapani, Segesta and took a boat trip to Egadi Islands, all well worth doing. Francesco and Giuseppe were perfect hosts, always there if you need them but conscious of our privacy.

Questa zona della Sicilia è sempre una conferma per la sua natura mozzafiato, il soggiorno in questa meravigliosa villa lo ha reso ancora più bello. Atmosfera da sogno, arredamento e design curatissimo, piscina top, torneremo sicuramente!

We have had a wonderful time visiting this part of Sicily! Ence was a particular highlight. A trip to te Egadi Islands is also worth a visit. All that said, it was also fun having some time relaxing at the villa and enjoying the pool. Thanks again from New Forest, UK

What a house! What a stay and just the best pool! Thank you for a delicious cake and such kindness. We love Sicily; trips to Scopello, Erice, Castellmare, the local caves and the best beach and snorkeling at el efuno. Thank you all. Love The Clouston Piles x Buckinghamshere I love the pool and the amazing hospitality of this place, it's so pretty with all the cactuses in the background and don't forget the amazing upstairs room that catches the sunset. It catches the sun in the day and night and amazing seating areas scaltered around the place. Overall so nice!

Thank you Francesco and Giuseppe for such an amazing stay! We had so much fun here, ate amazing food and explored the whole island! The pool was such a highlight and the weather did not disappoint! We would definitely recommend going to TRIBE, a really nice restaurant + bar overlooking the beach very close to the villa. The house is the perfect base to explore this part of Sicily. Villa Bellini is a modern abode with private swimming pool located a few hundred metres from the beach of Cornino, a renowned seaside resort halfway between San Vito Lo Capo and Trapani. Inserted in a quiet residential area, the villa has pleasant outdoor spaces designed for your peace. Ideal for families who wish to spend a comfortable and relaxing stay by the sea, the property is also an excellent base for visiting the interesting places in the surrounding area or enjoying that pleasant glimpse of the sea and Monte Cofano visible from the terrace.

Property details

The villa has a refreshing infinity pool with deck chairs and umbrellas to enjoy the bright Sicilian sun to the fullest. It is surrounded by large terraces and a delightful garden while next to it you will find the dining area and the relaxation area under a shady and large patio. Recently built, this comfortable residence offers welcoming and well-divided interior spaces, which include a bright living room with fireplace and a TV corner, an equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms, a small room with sofa bed and a bathroom. Upstairs, reachable via an external staircase, a delightful private terrace where you can sunbathe looking at the Mediterranean Sea or sip a cool glass of good wine.

Additional information

The swimming pool is open from 01/04 to 31/10.

The municipality may require the payment of the daily tourist tax for all guests aged 12 and over. The amount, which may vary according to the season and the location, must be paid in cash to the reception manager upon arrival.

Surrounding Area

Exceptional for spending pleasant holidays by the sea, Villa Bellini is located halfway between the famous tourist-seaside village of San Vito Lo Capo which boasts perhaps the most beautiful beach of fine white sand in this part of the island, and Trapani. Here the colour of the sea will leave you speechless with its shades ranging from cobalt blue to intense turquoise. Among the many beaches around San Vito, the most beautiful are undoubtedly that of Castelluzzo and that of Makari. The villa is also an excellent starting point for exploring the pearls of north-western Sicily: the nearby Zingaro Reserve (with several beautiful beaches reachable only on foot), the Medieval Village of Erice, the village and La Tonnara di Scopello, the historic centre of Trapani and its wonderful salt pans, the historic centre of Marsala and the historic wine cellars, including Florio and Pellegrino. The archaeological sites of Segesta, Mothia and Selinunte are also not to be missed. You cannot miss day trips to the Egadi Islands (Favignana, Marettimo and Levanzo, a true paradise on earth!) or to the wonderful capital of Sicily: Palermo.
