Morefo is a modern and comfortable designer villa facing the crystal-clear sea of the Marine protected area of Plemmirio. The dominant position of the villa allows you to enjoy a breathtaking view of the headland, just south of Syracuse. The sea is just steps away from the villa, and you can sunbathe in the large flat areas that alternate with the cliffs. The house is equipped with a heated Infinity pool and enjoys a scenic view of the sea and the sunsets of this small corner of Sicilian paradise.

Outside, the villa is surrounded by a garden of 2000m2 with a heated Infinity Pool, sea view, large sun deck and sun loungers, under the patio there are sofas and the dining table that sits 10 people. The villa develops on two floors. On the ground floor, the living area of 90m2 is composed of a large sitting room with sofas and fireplace, sea view, a corner with dining table for 8 and an open space kitchen. The efficient and scenic fireplace has been designed to heat the cold winter opposite the sea, together with a cutting-edge air conditioning system which is both modern and silent. On this floor there is a bathroom for guests. On the ground floor, 1 Suite sea view with en-suite bathroom and private terrace. In the bedroom there are two sommiers, separable when required or manageable as a King size double bed. The bedroom has two safes and 2 sun loungers. On the first floor, there are the other two suites. The first of 25m2 with sea view, en-suite bathroom and private equipped terrace. King size bed. The second suite of 30m2 with sea view, en-suite bathroom and private equipped terrace. King size bed. All suites are equipped with built-in wardrobe 38” sat TV, independent cutting-edge hot and cold air conditioning system, Wi-Fi, safe.

The boundless life dwellings take care of the environment and energy is optimised with production through solar panels and hybrid inverters. Even the swimming pools work by consuming almost exclusively energy from renewable sources. For this reason, each pool is equipped with high-efficiency heat pumps that use renewable energy to heat the water. The performance of this type of system is calibrated to allow for pleasant bathing but they are not to be considered like thermal pools. The water temperature will reach a figure of 8-10 degrees higher than the average daily external temperature. The water heating will be operational from mid-October to mid-May. It is natural to expect a water temperature of around 23-24 degrees during the coldest days and 26-27 degrees during the mildest ones.
