We had a very friendly welcome at the house by the owners. The house is perfectly equipped with everything you need. The garden is beautiful and we enjoyed the pool every day. We were six adults and three children and really had more than enough space. The cities in the area were all super nice to discover. Communication was easy. Thank you for the wonderful and relaxing stay.

Grazie di cuore per aver reso la nostra vacanza indimenticabile! Fin dall’accoglienza del prezioso Raimondo abbiamo percepito la magia di questo posto. I proprietari hanno creato un angolo di paradiso dove ogni singolo dettaglio trasmette il loro amore per questa casa. Non dimenticherò mai le giornate che iniziavano con una passeggiata a piedi scalzi nello splendido giardino lasciandomi inebriare da profumi, colori, silenzio… E che dire del bagno in piscina con acqua salata e riscaldata, guardando la bellezza della campagna modicana? Al tramonto il cielo si tinge di colori che sembra di guardare un pastello di Guccione. Tutto ci ha fatto sentire a casa… sereni… felici! Un unico difetto… si sta così bene che non si ha voglia di uscire!!

Ultime ore prima del rientro a Milano Ci piange il cuore lasciare villa Meravilla, 15 giorni trascorsi nell incantevole dimora pulita attrezzata e curata nei minimi dettagli. Ci siamo sentiti come a casa, Che dire poi della stupenda piscina con acqua salata e di tutta la folta vegetazione circostante....meravilla...di nome e di fatto. non possiamo evitare di lasciarvi un ricordo scritto anche da parte nostra per ringraziare Voi, e tutti i vostri collaboratori.

Sentirsi accolti come nella propria famiglia, se non persino meglio, non è cosa frequente.

We were looking for a quiet and relaxing place not so far from the beach at the beginning, that is why we nearly discarded this amazing villa! Lucky us, we chose to go for it anyway. The house itself it is so tastefully decorated and it is spacious, wonderful in its simplicity. Outside, there are different areas and cornerns where one can relax, rest or read a book in peace. And the swimming pool with hydrojets...I'm still dreaming of it!
Overview
Meravilla is an exclusive villa with a magnificent ornamental garden and private swimming pool. The villa is located in the countryside between Modica and Scicli, baroque jewels of art of Val di Noto, a UNESCO heritage site. Situated in a quiet, sunny and scenic position close to the sea, the residence is surrounded by a lush garden with English lawn, aromatic and ornamental plants, which is home to large terraces and the beautiful heated and salt-purified swimming pool. These well-equipped outdoor areas are joined by cosy indoor settings where there is a small spa with sauna, Turkish bath, jacuzzi and emotional shower.
Property details
The large outdoor area around the villa comprises numerous shaded corners, the solarium, the heated swimming pool and two large terraces with lunch tables and a relaxation corner with sofas and armchairs. Inside, on the ground floor, is a large ambience composed by the kitchen, the lunch area and the living room with TV and fireplace. The sleeping area is composed by four double rooms, all with private bathrooms with shower. Next to the living room is the wellness centre with sauna overlooking the garden, Turkish bath, jacuzzi and emotional shower. All rooms have air conditioning.
Additional information
During low and mid-season, the owners live on the first floor of the villa.
From 18 June to 30 September, the house is for the exclusive use of guests (the upper floor will remain closed).
The swimming pool and wellness area (sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, emotional shower) will always be used exclusively by the guests and can be used freely. For the sauna and the steam room it is necessary to notify the key holder 2 hours in advance
The swimming pool is operational all year and is heated to 26° during mid and low seasons.
The municipality may require the payment of the daily tourist tax for all guests aged 12 and over. The amount, which may vary according to the season and the location, must be paid in cash to the reception manager upon arrival.
