Here, the skilful hand of man has created a unique and fascinating place in harmony with nature, a fusion which has given life to a magical place where the spectacular mountains of the Madonie meet with the blue of the Mediterranean Sea and the view sweeps over the sea to meet the Alicudi and Filicudi Islands on one side and the famous promontory of Palermo on the other, cited also by Johann Wolfgang von Goethe. Here, nature releases intense and intoxicating scents that merge with the salty sea breeze. Each tree and stone will strike your imagination and remain sculpted in your memory forever. Outside, there is an all-round view, countryside, mountain and sea surrounding this magnificent property. The villa is located on a rock overlooking the area of the Madonie Natural Park, below which the mountainsides slope gently seawards. The large ornamental garden that surrounds the house features different corners with ancient olive trees and gardens embellished by flowers, plants and bushes of every kind, here and there large outcrops of various shapes and colour appear. There are many relaxation corners around the house with sofas and armchairs, a large covered panoramic patio with a dining table that sits 12 and a relaxation area with sofa and armchairs, a magnificent infinity pool surrounded by a solarium with chaise longue and parasols. Inside, the house is furnished with high-quality furniture and fittings, every detail has been designed for your maximum comfort. The spacious living room of more than 100m2 with view of the sea is opposite the swimming pool and composed of various relaxation zones with designer sofas and armchairs, TV and fireplace, a spacious lunch area with dining table to sit 8, bar corner with wine rack and selected wines and a breakfast area. The kitchen is one of the masterpieces of the house with professional equipment used by a Sicilian chef who, on request, can cook local dishes with fresh fish, crustaceans and local 0 km products, or give space to your culinary creativity and let him teach you how to prepare delicious recipes with individual or group cooking courses. The sleeping area is divided into two parts: on the first floor there are four magnificent panoramic suites with private bathroom and terrace with mountain view. Two of these also have a magnificent sea view. With access from the outside there are another two suites with bathroom, one with secluded panoramic terrace. From the outside, going down a few steps, you access another large communal panoramic terrace, fitted with sofas and armchairs.

For all bookings made from 24 July 2023 onwards, the security deposit will be equal to 1000 euros to be paid in cash upon arrival and the cleaning included in the rates will be the initial one.

The garden and the swimming pool are maintained by staff every day from 6 in the morning. Upon request, it is possible to change the hours of maintenance and cleaning by agreeing them on site.

The municipality may require the payment of the daily tourist tax for all guests aged 12 and over. The amount, which may vary according to the season and the location, must be paid in cash to the reception manager upon arrival.
