The house is surrounded by a luxuriant garden of about 3000 m2 full of shrubs, bushes and trees under which shade you can read a good book and rest. The shaded patio is equipped with a modest kitchenette and a dining table to enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner in the open air. At guests' disposal is the refreshing private swimming pool, equipped with deck chairs and sunbeds, where you can enjoy the warm sun of south-eastern Sicily in complete tranquillity and privacy. The villa is large and spacious, arranged over two floors. On the ground floor, with a beautiful window overlooking the garden, we have a bright open space consisting of a living room with a TV corner and equipped kitchen. On the same floor there is a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and a further service bathroom. Upstairs there is a third bathroom with shower, two double bedrooms and a bedroom with a French bed with the possibility of adding an extra single bed
Additional information
The municipality may require the payment of the daily tourist tax for all guests aged 12 and over. The amount, which may vary according to the season and the location, must be paid in cash to the reception manager upon arrival.
