Villa Sara

You reach this magnificent mediterranean villa by crossing the hills between Menfi and Sciacca, along the sea, immersed between century-old olive trees and generous vineyards. Thanks to its dominating position on a small promontory, from the villa and the garden that surrounds the property you can enjoy an idyllic panorama of the Sicilian countryside that slopes gently to the sea. The villa is modern, simple and stylish, a refuge for a relaxing holiday in this corner of Sicily which keeps its primitive soul intact, a territory devoted to the cultivation of the land in which man has preserved the original beauty of its natural sites.

Outside, in the spacious garden in front of the villa, there is a relaxation area, solarium, dining area, and salt-cleaned swimming pool (10x50m). From every corner, it is possible to enjoy a magnificent view of the cultivated land and the sea. The house is on one floor and offers two sleeping areas separated by a large living room with large windows that look onto the sea, sofas and TV, a lunch area and a typical Sicilian kitchen. The sleeping area to the left of the living room has two large double rooms and a bathroom, in the sleeping area to the right of the living room there is a twin room with two single bunk beds, a double room and a bathroom with shower. There is also a small laundry room. The house is for 6 people but has 2 more beds for children or teenagers, at no additional cost.

The municipality may require the payment of the daily tourist tax for all guests aged 12 and over. The amount, which may vary according to the season and the location, must be paid in cash to the reception manager upon arrival.
