Located in a quiet position near the sea, sunny and cheerful, Villa Verde will give you peace and relaxation for your entire holiday. The house was designed to welcome guests and pamper them. You can spend a good part of the day outside under the large, shady cane patio. You can relax in front of an exquisitely Sicilian panorama by immersing yourself in the fresh waters of the swimming pool. A few kilometres from the house there is everything you need and you can easily visit a large part of south-eastern Sicily and discover its countless treasures including nature reserves, archaeological sites, golden sandy beaches, castles, baroque cities and taste the excellent local cuisine.

Outside, the villa is surrounded by the typical vegetation of the Ragusa countryside. It offers a comfortable paved area on two sides and, towards the sea, houses the refreshing swimming pool. Overlooking the swimming pool, the large shady and cool patio with a relaxation area, sofas and armchairs, and a dining area with a table for 6 people. Inside, the villa consists of a large kitchen equipped with large windows from which you can enjoy a beautiful panorama, as well as the patio and swimming pool. A double bedroom with ensuite bathroom overlooks the kitchen on one side, while on the opposite side, a complete bathroom with laundry dedicated to the living area and two other bedrooms, one double and one double/twin, with ensuite bathroom.

Inside the property there is a charging station for electric cars.
At 700 meters from the house, there is a cycle/pedestrian path that leads comfortably to the center of Marina di Ragusa.
For non-compliance with the recycling calendar, an extra 70 euros may be required upon departure.
The municipality may require the payment of the daily tourist tax for all guests aged 12 and over. The amount, which may vary according to the season and the location, must be paid in cash to the reception manager upon arrival.
