Camemi

Camemi is a modern design villa that indulges in the luxury that you find in the elegant details of the house and of the external courtyard. The true luxury of the house is its spectacular position with an unrivalled view of the vineyards that slope down to the turquoise sea. We are in the area of Ribera in the south-west of the island, a corner that is still intact and strongly dedicated to vine cultivation that here, thanks to the warm climate and sea breezes, gives the best of itself. Living outdoors will allow you to enjoy all the comforts that the house offers including the magnificent swimming pool with view of the valley.

The villa has undergone a recent and accurate restyling. Camemi avails of cosy and well-divided interiors and exteriors tastefully furnished and fitted with all modern comforts, ideal for a relaxing holiday. Outside, there are large spaces that include the swimming pool, the solarium, a patio with dining table and a covered area with sofas and armchairs. Inside, on two floors, there are spacious and bright rooms that include on the ground floor a large and panoramic living room, a super accessorized kitchen and two luxury bedrooms with private bathroom, one of which can also be accessed independently from the outdoors. On the first floor, which is also accessible from the outside, there is the third bedroom with panoramic veranda and a bathroom with shower.

The municipality of reference may require the payment of the daily tourist tax for all guests aged 12 and over. The amount, which may vary according to the season and the location, must be paid in cash to the reception manager upon arrival.
