Una settimana in paradiso ! Location fantastica , molto silenziosa e accogliente. Casa molto bella , funzionale e pulitissima. Proprietari gentilissimi e disponibili , accoglienza super. Vivamente consigliata... chissà che non torneremo !!!!

Liebe Domizia, Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt hier in der Villa. Es hatte alles was wir brauchten in Haus, so dass wir die Villa nur zum Einhauten verlassen mussten und die wundervolle Aussicht so lange wie möglich geniessen konnten! Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen!♥

Superbe maison, superbes paysages associant le luxe et la sauvagerie des lieux. Contrairement à les mois de mars le temps a été plus qu'au rendez-vous et à la limite du suportable = 42°. Heureusement nous avions une bonne clim, de bons vins et de bonnes mozarelles... Encore un grand merci à Domizia et Antony pour leur accueil discret et efficace...

Ein sehr gelungener Urlaub und wir würden sehr gerne diese Villa buchen. Es hat eine sehr schöne Aussicht mit einem wunderbaren Pool. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und machen alles zum Wohle der Gäste, sehr hilfsbereit. Wir können nur aus unserer Erfahrung sprechen un diese Domizil zu 100% weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank für diesen schönen Ort. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen. Sie sind ein großartiger Gastgeber und vielen Dank für all die Geschenke, die Sie für uns ausgegeben. Overview

Villa Domizia is a splendid villa with swimming pool located between Eraclea Minoa and the Torre Salsa nature reserve, 35 km north of Agrigento. Recently built, from the house and from the pool area you can enjoy the spectacular panorama of bucolic hills that gently slope towards the turquoise sea, which is just three kilometres away. Villa Domizia is also an excellent starting point for exploring the most beautiful places in southern Sicily as it is located in the center of an area of high cultural and landscape value

Property details

Distributed over two levels and connected by an external staircase, the comfortable and bright interiors of the house include on the ground floor a living area with fireplace, equipped kitchen and dining room, 1 double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a bathroom with shower . On the first floor (accessible from the outside) there are two double bedrooms with private bathrooms with showers, a living area with kitchenette and a beautiful terrace of around 150 m2 with solarium. Outside, at guests' disposal there is a beautiful and well-kept 1000 m2 garden, a private swimming pool with hydromassage, a solarium adorned with shaded sunbeds, 1 bathroom with shower and a spacious covered patio with dining table where you can enjoy harmonious breakfasts, lunches and dinners outdoors.

Additional information

The swimming pool is open from 01/03 to 30/11.

The municipality may require the payment of the daily tourist tax for all guests aged 12 and over. The amount, which may vary according to the season and the location, must be paid in cash to the reception manager upon arrival.

The house allows you to spend your holidays by the sea in absolute peace, lulled by the sea breeze and surrounded by the colours and scents of the wonderful western Sicily. The villa, in fact, is located between the nature reserves of Torre Salsa and Foce del Fiume Platani, between the sandy beaches of Bovo Marina and Eraclea Minoa, but at the same time also a short distance from the cliffs of Scala dei Turchi, the nearby Valley of the Temples of Agrigento, the Archaeological Park of Selinunte, Sciacca and its thermal baths, the Salt Pans of Trapani and Paceco.
