Colleverde

An authentic gem inserted into the countryside inside the territory of Valle del Barocco, a short distance from Noto and from the other baroque cities and close to the beaches including Vendicari and Marzamemi. The house is surrounded by a well-kept garden with English lawn and century-old olive trees at the centre of which is a magnificent swimming pool with solarium. From every corner of the garden, you can enjoy a lovely view of the hills that surround the house; the sea is in the background. The house has different corners of garden and a patio where you can spend delightful days in total relaxation. The interior is elegantly furnished with high quality furniture and attention to detail. All areas are cool and bright.

ColleVerde is a designer villa in southeast Sicily, near Noto. Immersed in the countryside, but a few minutes by car from the sea, it is ideal for relaxing holidays with your partner or with family, but also to discover the magnificent baroque towns of Val di Noto and the magnificent beaches of sand that dot the entire coastline, from those of Vendicari and San Lorenzo to Santa Maria del Focallo. Inserted into an enchanting rural context, adorned by olive and carob trees and dry walls, the home is surrounded by a large garden that is home to the magnificent private pool and a patio equipped for outdoor lunches. The home is on a single floor, the bright and comfortable interior settings include an open-space composed of a sitting room with sofas and TV, a dining area with a table that sits 6 and a day kitchen. The sleeping area is composed of a master bedroom with king size bed, TV and bathroom with tub, and two double rooms with bathroom-shower. There is also a guest bathroom with washing machine. All areas are air-conditioned.

The swimming pool is in operation from 01/04 to 30/11.

The municipality requires the payment of the daily tourist tax at the time of booking for all guests aged 12 and over. The cost is three euros per person per day for a maximum of 6 days.
